December 4, 2007 7:30 PM CST (try to be there by 6:30) Family and Friends Christmas Concert Click here to see concert information for the general public. We will be performing our annual Family and Friends Christmas Concert at Harvest Ridge Elementary School, 1220 Harvest Ridge Drive, St. Charles, MO (off of Pralle Road, East of Highway 94). The concert will be held either in the gymnasium or the cafeteria. It is that time of year again! The Family and Friends Christmas Concert and costumes. If you would like to dress in a costume, there is a suggested costume list below for each section of the band. Please refer to your section and try to wear the accompanying attire, the rest will be provided. Hopefully we will be able to set up in a classroom to assemble the costumes before the big show! Also, if you have them, bring a cowboy/girl hat (for "Western Christmas") and sunglasses (for "Swingin' Christmas"). Keep in mind alternative attire that you may want to wear: festive headgear (i.e. Santa hat, reindeer antlers, snowman headband...) as well as scarves and hats to keep with the winter theme. There will be some face paint available for anyone that would like to doll themselves up. And remember... Instruments like costumes too! See you at the concert!
Remember to bring a fingerfood for afterwards! December 11, 2007 7:00 PM CST Performance at Jaycee Fairgrounds We will be performing at the Jaycee Fairgrounds retirement center in Saint Charles. You will need to bring your stands. Dress: You may dress festively for these performances (holiday sweaters, hats, etc.). Dress up your instrument, too, if you would like! Or, alternatively, you may wear light blue top. December 12, 2007 2:30 PM CST Thank You Performance at Harvest Ridge Elementary School We will be performing our annual Thank You concert our rehearsal location, Harvest Ridge Elementary School, 1220 Harvest Ridge Drive, St. Charles, MO (off of Pralle Road, East of Highway 94) for their assembly just before the winter break. December 18, 2007 7:00 PM CST Performance at Meramec Bluffs Retirement Center We will be performing at Meramec Bluffs Retirement Center, 550 Vance Road, Valley Park, MO (in southwest St. Louis County). Dress festively! Bring chairs and stands (they can dress festively as well). Keep in mind this is a location which doesn’t have a lot of armless chairs, but they will have some. For those of us/you who need an armless chair for a concert, you may want to consider bringing a folding chair, as a precaution. Leave it in your vehicle, until you see whether you’re able to claim one of the potentially scarce armless chairs. This is a wonderful venue for us to play some very beautiful music!
