The AHCB normally schedules rehearsals and performances for Tuesday evenings. When a request is made for a performance on some other day, the band is canvased to see if there will be sufficient coverage of parts, and a decision on whether or not to accept the performance request is then made.

There are two ways to enter or change your attendance input: (1) Fill out the forms passed around at rehearsal, or (2) submit an electronic form from this page.

Please review your attendance input for accuracy in the table below. If you wish to enter or change your input, you may submit a form by clicking on "Go To Status Change Form". Note that the change is not immediate but must go through the site administrator first.
