Join the AHCB!

The After Hours Community Band affords the opportunity for amateur musicians to enjoy playing and performing in a fully instrumented concert band (brass, woodwinds, percussion). Members of the AHCB come from all walks of life and range from high school students to retirees; some entire families are members! By coincidence, the membership is divided equally between residents of St. Louis and St. Charles counties. There are no auditions and no fees. All positions in the AHCB are strictly voluntary.

Please note that, due to the size of the AHCB and the need to maintain balance in the ensemble, some sections may not have openings at a given time. If so, you may choose to join a waiting list or, if you play multiple instruments, might consider joining a section that has an opening.

Rehearsals and regular performances are on Tuesday evenings throughout the year. Rehearsals are normally held at Green Trails Church, 14237 Ladue Road, Chesterfield, MO 63017. For more info on joining the AHCB, please contact Sandy at afterhourscb@gmail.com.
