Several members have asked Carolyn for this one...


  • 1 pkg (8 oz) light or regular cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz) crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 Tbsp chopped calamata or ripe olives
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsp chopped oil packed sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Keebler Toasteds or other kinds of crackers

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours before serving. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
