Spring Concert at Calvary Church

We will be performing our spring concert at Calvary Church, 3998 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, MO 63376. Concert attire will be black/dark bottoms and white/light color tops. No light blue band shirts or white socks. Ties for men, no jackets/blazers.

Rehearsal at First United Methodist Church in St. Charles

We will be rehearsing at First United Methodist Church, 801 First Capitol Drive, St. Charles, MO 63301. Please bring music stands, and stand lights are suggested.
Two ways to enter the church property, to access parking behind the building:- - A drive is located just to the east of the church (and is marked by a sign)
- - The other option is to turn on to Eighth Street
- - Both of these entrances have signs, so take either. At least one mapping programs will direct you to access the property via Eighth Street.
For those who need to bring in large equipment, the best option is to unload at the door to the church off Eighth Street. Curbside parking is scarce by this door, so plan to unload and then park in the parking lot.
The church is locked and secured in the evenings, so one of us will need to be at a door to open it for you. Once you’re in the parking lot, there are two possible entrances to consider. 1 -The most prominent is a short flight of stairs with a set of glass doors at the top. 2 –The other entry option is a ramp, against the building, situated to the left of the prominent stairs. Once you’re in the building, the way to our rehearsal spot – the Multipurpose Room – is located easily after a short walk and a couple of left turns. We plan to have signs and band volunteers to make it easy to land in the right place. We will also let you know the locations of the nearest drinking fountains and rest rooms.
Thanks to the early crew, we will have this running as smoothly as possible.

Performance at Veterans Memorial Program

We will be performing at the Veterans Memorial Program at St. Charles Memorial Gardens, 3950 West Clay, Saint Charles, MO. We will be performing before and after the ceremony (the ceremony is at 2:00 PM), in addition to "Armed Forces Salute" during the ceremony.We will be playing under then band tent west of the main tent. In th event of rain, we'd expect to meove to the porch on the side of the momorial center building.This performance is a Memorial Day tradition for us. Blue tops preferred; dress respectfully and for the weather (long pants or shorts as appropriate). Bring stands.
Performance info:
- Show up by 1:30 or earlier (as per conductors request)
- Perform pre-event music 15-20 minutes prior to the 2:00 p.m. service
- Perform Armed Forces Salute within the service
- Perform post-event music immediately following the service
- (We also supply echo taps, but René will get that lined up)

Bring your stand, if you have a stand lamp, you may want to bring one. The lighting just may not be as bright as what you’re accustomed to in other locations we rehearse and play.
