Rehearsal at Green Trails Church

We will be rehearsing at our primary rehearsal site, Green Trails Church, 14237 Ladue Road, Chesterfield, MO 63017.

This rehearsal is tentative pending progress on reopening from the COVID pandemic. Under current guidelines, the rehearsal will be held outdoors (in the parking lot), for one hour maximum, for 30 members maximum, and with mitigation procedures such as social distancing and the use of instrument covers in place. Focus will be on music for the Memorial Day service on May 30. More information to follow.

Performance at Veterans Memorial Program

We will be performing at the Veterans Memorial Program at St. Charles Memorial Gardens, 3950 West Clay, Saint Charles, MO. We will be performing before and after the ceremony (the ceremony is at 2:00 PM), in addition to "Armed Forces Salute" during the ceremony.We will be playing west of the main tent. This performance is a Memorial Day tradition for us. Blue tops preferred; dress respectfully and for the weather (long pants or shorts as appropriate). Bring stands.

Performance info:

  • Show up by 1:30 or earlier (as per conductors request)
  • Perform pre-event music 15-20 minutes prior to the 2:00 p.m. service
  • Perform Armed Forces Salute within the service
  • Perform post-event music immediately following the service
  • COVID mitigation proceures will be provided
  • (We also supply echo taps, but René will get that lined up)
