Rehearsal at First United Methodist Church in St. Charles

We will be rehearsing at alternate rehearsal site First United Methodist Church, 801 First Capitol Drive, St. Charles, MO 63301. Please bring music stands, and stand lights are suggested due to the lighting in the rehearsal area. This is scheduled to be an indoor rehearsal. We will be performing a lawn concert at Advent Episcopal Church , 9373 Garber Road, Crestwood, MO. Brings stands. Metal folding chairs are available, or bring your own. Concert will be outdoors. This is towards the end of daylight savings time, so you should bring stand lights if you have them. With the rescheduling of this concert from September, the concert will begin in the dark. We will have the big outdoor lights but there may be shadows. Also, since the big lights tend to blind the audience - and the conductor - we plan to delay turning them on as long as possible. If we make it through the entire concert and only need them to set up and pack up, so much the better!
The church will be providing barbecue, beginning around 5:30 PM. Due to COVID, more items will be prepackaged than in the past.
